Strength Camp is a small group fitness program offered by Conviction Fitness. Our groups are limited in size to ensure a safe and effective coach to athlete ratio. Athletes are given workouts based on their experience, goals, and injury history.

Through structured, professional programming and coaching, we help young athletes improve their strength, speed, and agility without interfering with their other sports and activities.
All Strength Camp workouts take place in the Conviction Fitness Garage Gym at 8014 Knox Place in Westhill.

Strength Camp is coached by author and Conviction Fitness Head Coach, Riley Nadoroznick.
Slow, weak, and shy growing up, Riley started working out at the age of nine. Through hard work and consistency, he transformed himself from a small, timid kid into a strong, confident, teenager.
After being cut by almost every team in elementary school, Riley left high school as captain and MVP of the football and wrestling teams, earning a full athletic scholarship to the University of Regina in the process.
If your child will be attending their first workout with us, please ensure they bring a signed waiver.
Our workout schedule is updated by Sunday for the following week. If you don't see any available workout times, check back later.
